The menu includes a selection of oysters from Mont San Michel, Murgen and Gillardeau; a tasting array of molluscs, crustaceans, tartare, and carpaccio; chitarrina with both raw and cooked purple shrimp and lime; eliche pasta with turnip greens pesto, mussels, and bottarga; gnocchi with beets, clams, squid, and asparagus; cappellacci pasta stuffed with braised beef and black truffle.
