In addition to the à la carte options, the restaurant proposes a trio of tasting menus: Sense of Sapidity, Iconic Signature by Apreda, and Idylio’s Butterfly. The first pays homage to the perfect balance between spices and flavor; the second is a collection of Apreda’s most beloved dishes; and the third is a showcase of five dishes chosen from the other two menus.
The chef’s culinary masterpieces include breaded sea scallops and black truffle; lampuga fish carpaccio with porcini mushrooms and lemon verbena; tagliatelle with red onions, foie gras, and hazelnuts; angel hair pasta with garlic, oil, chili, and smoked eel; cod with seaweed, snails, and black truffle; and two varieties of roast chicken. The meal concludes with one of the spectacular desserts like the spiced pumpkin caprese cake with coffee ice cream or the sweet buffalo mozzarella, and the wine list offers a broad range of Italian and international labels.
The elegant dining rooms are supervised with impeccable class by the maître d’ and staff, who welcome guests with both professionalism and warmth. During the more temperate months, guests are invited to dine on the restaurant’s top floor, which boasts the Divinity Terrace, a heavenly rooftop with a breathtaking view of the city.
