Winner of the Due Forchette Gambero Rosso award, this restaurant and cocktail bar is located on the top floor of 47 Boutique Hotel with a view of Piazza della Bocca della Verità, the Forum Boarium and the Theatre of Marcellus. Roman tradition and Mediterranean fine dining come together with fresh, high-quality, local ingredients.
In-season menu highlights include Piennolo tomato risotto buffalo stracciata with crusco pepper; and Sicilian amberjack with green beans. From the bar, classic drinks and signature cocktails are accompanied by a wide array of tempting appetizers, which also pair perfectly with courses from the aperitif menu, an ideal accompaniment to an unforgettable Roman sunset.
Platters of cured meats and cheeses are always available, as well as unexpected delights like eggplant parmesan pops with basil, and soft cod fritters with vegetables in raspberry osmosis. In addition to the vast drinks list, a wide selection of Italian wines and over 50 gin labels from around the world are on offer.
